All these terms count for Sales And Breedings.

1) You Must have a Website for your Stable or an Equus sims Account in order to have your Mare Covered or Buy A foal / Horse.
2) The offspring will carry our Prefix (MCR). You are not allowed to change or delete it ! 
3) Horses For Sale Will carry our MCR Prefix and our brand on their Left Quarters if you buy one We will send the MCR's brand.
4) If You Buy a Foal, They will be sent as and Adult and as a .sim file, with the MCR's Brand.
5) You may choose the horse's show name and barn name yourself.
6) You may not change the horse's conformation and coat color. Stallions can be gelded. 
7) However, mane and tail Style can be changed but not the color.
8) You may not upload the offspring for free download !
9) You have to create a page on your website AND a Equus-Sims page for your horse!
10) The horse must be offered back to me if you no longer want it before offering it for sale to others in the Equus Sims community. 
The same applies if you wish to put the horse up for lease.
11) I Have The Right To Decline your Application.

12) We don't do inbreeding. Please check your mare's pedigree to make sure the offspring wouldn't be considered inbred.
13) We Don't Breed our Mares to your Stallions Sorry,You'll have to wait for a Foal Crop.
